Dr. Sundeep Singh is a Gastroenterologist with a special interest in Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

Dr. Singh completed his undergraduate B.Sc. at the University of Winnipeg. He attended the University of Manitoba for medical school. Subsequently, completing his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Alberta, followed by his Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Calgary. He then pursued an Advanced Inflammatory Bowel Disease Fellowship at the University of Calgary before joining the Kelowna Gastroenterology Associates.

Dr. Singh has research interests including IBD surgical outcomes after intestinal resections, epidemiology and risk factors, novel biologic therapeutic targets and long term safety of biologics. He has published research within various recognized Gastroenterology journals including the American Journal of Gastroenterology, Clinical Gastroenterology & Hepatology and Gastroenterology. He now continues his research with clinical trials including evaluation of novel biologic therapeutic targets and long term safety profiles for biologics.

Dr. Singh currently teaches medical students in Kelowna in a clinic setting. Furthermore, he provides formal educational talks on GI related illnesses to Internal Medicine and Family medicine residents on their half-days on a regular basis.
